Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

  • SteelonCall delivers to all serviceable pin codes across India.

  • Delivery to residential sites, construction sites, warehouses, and commercial locations.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • 12 hours to 10 business days.

  • Timeline starts from the dispatch date, not order placement.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Calculated based on weight, distance, and logistics.

  • Custom logistics pricing as per pre-approved contracts.

  • Applicable GST and duties included unless specified otherwise.

  • Toll, octroi, and entry taxes will be borne by the buyer unless contractually covered.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day.

  • Orders after 2:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

  • Buyers receive SMS, Email, and WhatsApp notifications on order status.


5. Delivery Modes

  • In-house SteelonCall logistics fleet (selected cities).

  • Verified third-party logistics partners with signed contracts and compliance checks.

  • Self-pickup available on request from dispatch center with valid ID and PO.

  • Tracking ID and live updates shared post dispatch.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery only to the address provided during checkout.

  • Unloading not included by default unless pre-booked.

  • Buyers must arrange on-site labor for unloading.

  • Detention charge applicable if unloading takes more than 30 minutes.

  • Buyers must provide site supervisor details for site deliveries.


7. SLA Delivery Commitments

  • Enterprise accounts covered under Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Penalty for delay will be applicable only if agreed in SLA.

  • Refund or partial compensation only for guaranteed SLA violations.


8. Shipping Delays

  • Possible reasons include strikes, natural calamities, transport issues, payment failure, incorrect address.

  • SteelonCall is not liable for force majeure delays.

  • Customer support will coordinate proactively for redressal.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Report physical damages within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Report shortages or mismatches within 48 hours with photos and delivery challan.

  • Claims will be processed only if accompanied by supporting documentation.

  • Insurance claims processed if covered under opted insurance.


10. Transit Insurance

  • Transit insurance is optional and must be selected during checkout or contract.

  • If not selected, SteelonCall is not liable for in-transit loss or damage.

  • High-value orders are advised to be insured.


11. Risk Transfer Policy

  • Risk and ownership transfer at the point of dispatch or loading (Ex-warehouse).

  • For door delivery, risk transfer occurs on delivery at site.

  • Customer assumes responsibility post-dispatch unless otherwise agreed.


12. Delivery Failures

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, buyer absence, or refusal:

  • Re-delivery charge and holding cost will apply.

  • Unclaimed goods after 7 days will be treated as abandoned.

  • Storage charges may apply after Day 7.


13. Returns & Rejections

  • Returns only accepted in case of wrong item, damaged goods, or mismatch – within 48 hours.

  • All returns require inspection and authorization from SteelonCall team.

  • Customer must provide photos, delivery receipt, and lot number.


14. Legal & Compliance

  • All delivery documents – Invoice, e-Way Bill, Lorry Receipt, and Weighment Slip – are provided.

  • SteelonCall and its logistics partners follow GST, transport, and warehousing regulations.

  • Disputes will be subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction unless agreed otherwise.


15. Force Majeure Clause

  • SteelonCall shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, or government restrictions.

  • Customer will be notified in such cases with next steps.
