1. Legal Acceptance
By accessing or using SteelonCall.com (”Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Indian Contract Act, 1872, GST, and Consumer Protection Laws.
This document is an electronic record and does not require physical or digital signatures.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or a legally authorized representative of a company.
You confirm that all information provided is true, lawful, and accurate.
3. Platform Ownership and Access
This Platform is owned and operated by SteelonCall Services (India) Private Limited, having its registered office at [Insert Full Address].
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time without prior notice.
4. Key Definitions
User/You: Any person or business using the Platform.
Services: Sale, listing, logistics, and support for steel products.
Transaction: Any order, purchase, or commercial action on the Platform.
Contractor: Independent suppliers or logistics partners.
User Content: Reviews, documents, feedback, etc. posted by users.
5. Account & Verification
You must register using a mobile number and OTP/password.
KYC documents (PAN, GSTIN, Aadhar/CIN) may be required based on user type.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
6. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST, unless stated.
Orders are valid only upon successful payment (full/part).
Accepted methods: NEFT, RTGS, UPI, Cards, Wallets, Cheque, and Finance Partners.
We deduct TDS/TCS as per the Income Tax Act and GST Act.
7. Delivery & Fulfilment
Delivery estimates are indicative only and subject to external factors.
We are not liable for delays after the material has been dispatched.
Proof of delivery, photographs, and weighbridge reports must be retained for any claims.
8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Wrong or Damaged Material: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic & written evidence.
Short Supply: Claims must include weighbridge slip, invoice, and receiver confirmation.
Cancellation Before Dispatch: Allowed with deduction of processing fees.
Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
9. Compliance & Usage Restrictions
You must not:
Violate any applicable law (GST, FEMA, IT Act, etc.).
Upload defamatory, misleading, or unauthorized content.
Use bots, malware, or unauthorized scrapers.
Impersonate others or damage SteelonCall’s infrastructure.
You must:
Maintain accurate records.
Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
Follow data privacy, KYC, and anti-fraud protocols.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, UI/UX, logos, software, and trademarks are the exclusive property of SteelonCall or its licensors.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial application is strictly prohibited.
11. Platform Role & Intermediary Clause
SteelonCall is a technology facilitator, not a contracting party between buyers and suppliers.
All transactions are direct (bipartite) contracts between the buyer and seller/logistics partner.
SteelonCall bears no liability for defaults by suppliers, transporters, or finance partners.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is collected, stored, and shared in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
We may share relevant data with trusted third parties (e.g., payment gateways, logistics providers) to complete your order.
You may contact our Grievance Officer to raise privacy or misuse-related complaints.
13. Limitation of Liability
SteelonCall is not liable for:
Indirect, punitive, or consequential losses.
Delays or failures caused by third parties.
Any claim exceeding the transaction value.
Platform usage is at your sole risk.
14. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Arbitration: In case of unresolved disputes within 30 days, arbitration will be held under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Language: English.
Mode: Remote/Virtual Arbitration is permitted. Fast-Track Arbitration under Section 29B may be initiated.
15. Force Majeure
SteelonCall shall not be held liable for non-performance caused by:
Natural calamities (e.g., flood, earthquake).
Government actions or restrictions.
Transportation or supply chain disruptions.
Strikes, wars, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.
16. Termination of Access
We may, at our discretion:
Suspend or block your account for fraud, non-compliance, or misuse.
Hold or reverse payments pending dispute or investigation.
17. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
Continued usage implies automatic acceptance of the latest version.
